Dosage: Start with 2-3 capsules before dinner or before bedtime with a FULL 8oz glass of water. The next morning if you see no difference in your movement, increase by 1 capsule until you notice a difference. You should notice an increase in your bowel action and in the amount of fecal matter that you eliminate. The consistency should also be softer. You want a noticeable increase in stool, but not too loose. Most customers need 2-3 caps, and some need 4-6 caps. You must find the dosage that works for you. We are all different. For best results, drink room temperature water (ice water shocks the kidneys) with a little lemon added and have another glass the following morning. OR you may take 1 or 2 capsules with water, juice or meals 1-3 times daily, or as recommended by your health care practioner. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
